I am passionate about teaching and enriching the lives of children. I enjoy sharing my compassion with others by building relationships in and outside of the classroom. In order to be an effective teacher, I establish a learning environment that is caring, individualized, and student-centered. I believe that it is important to provide each student with the resources, guidance, and individualized instruction that they each need in order to learn. To accomplish this, I build relationships with each of my students, so I can understand where they are personally, academically, and socially. It is my goal to be able to enable all of my students to grow as individuals and as productive members of society. I want my students to truly understand that they are each an important member of the class, the community, and society. Through my compassion, hard-work, and continuous education I aspire to make a difference in each of my student’s lives.
I am very excited to provide all my students with a positive and successful learning experience. In order to do this, I actively encourage a growth mindset in my classroom. I believe every student can and will succeed in growing to be a better version of themselves when provided with support from someone who cares for them and is passionate about helping them grow. My personal and professional aspiration is to be that very catalyst in the lives of my students. Through constantly implementing the Kaizen Philosophy, I will continue to further my education by seeking professional development. I look forward to continuing to be a lifelong learner and fulfilling my mission to provide students with an individualized, engaging, and challenging learning experience that will equip them to become lifelong learners and to reach their highest potential.
