Developed after school soccer program for fifth and sixth grade girls; responsible for organizing participation; develops soccer activities for practice while actively teaching healthy habits, self-discipline, social skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship

Established guidelines for a U12 girls start up team; responsible for planning practices and coordinating with families, directors, and coaches; facilitated team bonding activities in order to bring everyone closer together; established trust and a good rapport between team players and coaches

...as a coach is to provide a positive, player-driven, and challenging soccer experience that will enable my players to reach their highest potential while learning life lessons. As a coach, I will support the development of my players by connecting technical, physical, tactical, and psycho-social development. I coach for the players to be able to develop the skills, knowledge, and passion for the game of soccer. I believe that the players will be able to grow by having a coach like me who loves the game and is passionate about continuing to grow into a better coach. I am devoted in helping each one of my players grow and be successful on and off the field. Success to me is when my players put in all their effort to do their best to become the best that they can possibly be. I look forward to continuing to grow and changing the lives of my players!
